The Armour Piercing Grenade is a grenade in Divinity: Original Sin 2.


Armour Piercing Grenade is a throwable grenade that deals Piercing Damage in 4 meter radius.

All characters can throw this grenade. However due to its damage type it is not possible to increase its damage output directly through abilities. The only possible bonuses may come from Huntsman ability which increases damage bonus through height difference and Necromancer ability which allows the caster (Undead included) to heal themselves through damage done to Vitality. Since Piercing Damage always bypasses all armour characters with Necromancer ability will always heal themselves through damage done this way.

Since Armour Piercing Grenade is a grenade it is affected by Ambidextrous talent which decreases the cost of using grenades and scrolls by 1 AP when the secondary hand is free. Armour Piercing Grenade is also affected by Slingshot which increases its range by 5 meters and by Far Out Man talent which increases range by 2 meters.
