Beyond Divinity is a computer role-playing game which followed up on Divine Divinity created by Larian Studios and published in 2004.
Beyond Divinity, is set approximately 20 years after the events of Divine Divinity. Due to a failed venture at completely destroying Chaos 20 years ago, the forces of darkness are enabled yet another chance to tear at the Land of Divinity. A servant of the Divine One, a paladin and sworn enemy of necromancers and witches, has been dragged into another world by a powerful demon named Samuel and bound to the soul of a Death Knight: a being of invariable evil. Together, the two ironic "partners" must quest throughout this netherworld in an attempt to undo the soul-binding spell that links the two to each other as one.
