... I shall find the Hall of Echoes and there discover the secrets of death. No longer will I be bound to mortality; even the Dragons I shall surpass. But first I'll need their help, for only a true Dragon knows where to find the entrance to the land of the dead...

...He told me. I knew he would! who would have thought it? The entrance to the vale of shadows... there, here... it will be an arduous journey. He gave me the sigil, a beautiful piece that deserves closer study...

... I arrived amidst a lashing storm and, as expected, there was nothing to be seen. My spell, though, worked perfectly and soon a door started to appear amidts claw-like rocks. A marvel of magic that incantation was: it must have more uses. I shall study it when I return to my tower. Until then, let the formula lie untouched in my chambers...

... That place... it is doom for all that lives! I cannot proceed without protection. I must find the dimension the metal for the sigil came from and craft a token that carries a shielding power. The sigil itself I shall hide deep in Broken Valley's mountainside. Lovis shall not know about it, but obliviously protect it...

... The shield worked flawlessly! I have been... I have seen... I have become... Beneath Aleroth the shield shall lay, beyond anyone's knowledge. And now I must go... Not even all my power and all my Dragon Knights still matter... I have become and I must go...
