Charlie is a goblin living in Yggdrasil, on a small island south of the Grand Knight waypoint shrine in the Orobas Fjords.

Charlie is a typical goblin, who has earned the ire of Yggdrasil, not only by building his tree house in the tree's branches, but by also "watering" the tree's bark.
