Constitution is a core attribute that determines a character's health. In earlier games in the series, Constitution also defined the character's Stamina, however in the more recent iterations this attribute has been depreciated.

1-24 | You get severely puffed walking slowly up several flights of stairs. You really should try to keep yourself a bit more fil. At this rate, you'll die of a heart-attack before you're thirty. |
25-49 | You're pretty unfit and over-react to the slightest hurt. However strong or dexterous you may be, your weak constitution undermines you efficacy as fighter. |
50-74 | You are of average human fitness. You can tough it out in rought play, but don't trust your constitution to get you by under all circumstances. |
75-100 | Your body is a hard, well-functioning mechanism. You rarely get sick and cuts that would lay other people out go almost unnoticed by you. |
100 and more | Your body is made of oak. You've never had a day's sickness and pain means nothing to you. |
Constitution affects Vitality and Stamina. Stamina has constant modifier of 300/constitution point, but Vitality changes according to class. All classes start with 10 constitution. Constitution is a main attribute, so it can be affected by the normal leveling progress. It can also be increased by Charms, Bless, and various Prefixes and Suffixes from gear.
