Dragon riders were main agents of Black Ring as well as their primary force sometime during 1218 AD. They presented as an elite death knights who were riding enslaved young dragons.
After Lucian the Divine's ascension they were all either hunted down and killed or disbanded by remaining Black Ring members.[citation needed]
