Quick Walkthrough[]
- Go to Fiu Nimble and speak with Eleanalessa / Elean
- Optional: Speak with Anorion Gandalazzar
- Go to Dwarven Halls and ask Elmer Vignus to forge the necklace via blueprint
- Speak with Elmer Vignus once the necklace is finished
- Return with the necklace to Eleanalessa / Elean
