Glitter Dust also known as Mark during development is a master Huntsman skill in Divinity: Original Sin II.

Skill[]
This skill will mark a target character and decrease their dodge ability by 100%. The character cannot go invisible and does not receive high ground bonuses. Characters attacking this character from lower ground does not receive penalties from height difference.
