Halliwell is the General of the New Order in Aleroth in 1300 AD.

Background[]

Known as the "unwavering flame in the holy army of the Divine"; Halliwell is suspected to have a haunted room at the Phoenix Inn, which, in fact is occupied by the demon Ezaazh. Halliwell has been feeding this demon humans, one of which is Kelton, a skeleton now living in the basement of the Healers' House.

While on the outside acting as the general of the Order, he is secretly worshipping the forces of Chaos while, possibly, also being a member of the Cult of Abraxas. He secretly works with Laeniel to free Behrlihn from his prison.
