Kalias can be found in the Caverns and is the camp's Warfare trainer.
He is an intimidating Lizard that stands guard for the Caverns camp, he hates the Red Prince and will refuse to trade with him.
Kalias will however offer a character that greets him with the [Soldier] tag's line with enthusiasm and even offer that character discounts in his inventory for being "a soldier" like himself.
