Kenzo can initially be found south of Aleroth's Great Market district in 1300 AD.
Background[]
When you first encounter Kenzo, he is about to be executed by two guards that accuse him of treason. Speaking with the guards and Kenzo reveals that he had some letters addressed to the Black Ring, which he says he found. Later he can be seen at Crow's Nest speaking with Nerus, who kills him due to him having outlived his usefulness.
