The Leadership skill is extremely useful for one person on your team to invest in. When your teammates have direct line of sight to the character with Leadership, it provides massive offensive and defensive boosts, even making them immune to fear. It is most effective on a Man at Arms character, as they will always be in view in the middle of the fight, though it will work on any character.

Notes: * +2 Willpower only available to characters with Obedient and an ally with 5+ leadership. Characters with Obedient do not gain the level 6 Leadership bonuses and instead only gain the +2 Willpower. Obedient is best on casters as wands have no chance to miss and spells do not critically hit.
