Morgan is the harbour master at Champion Harbour in the Orobas Fjords and former lover of Hermosa.
Background[]
A former pirate, who's criminal career ended when he attempted to board the war ship Starbound, where he and his crew were defeated and put on trial. Love blossomed between him and his captor, the ship's captain Hermosa he changed his outlook and became the new harbour master at Champion Harbour.[1]
While he admits that air ships (zeppelins) are the way of the future, he is fond of his memories of the harbour being a prominent sea port. Morgan is highly disdainful and untrusting of magic users.
