Nemesis Expansion is an expansion released for Divinity Original Sin: The Board Game by Larian Studios.
Description[]
Nemesis Expansion is the second official expansion for the Divinity Original Sin: The Board Game alongside Haunted Keep expansion. This expansion is focused on Nemesis a world outside of Rivellon, which used to be populated by the race of Raanaar before they were wiped out by demons who breached the Raanaars defenses thanks to Damians actions. [1]
Nemesis and Haunted Keep expansions were first showcased as part of reaching the final stretchgoal for Divinity Original Sin: The Board Game where they showed an early preview of the expansions. [2] This expansions narrative and combat design was created by Brian Neff and Noah Conen.
The expansion follows the Godwoken who made a demonic pact with dangerous archdemon Adramahlihk in exchange for arcane powers. The Godwoken may find themselves in dangerous volcanic world of Nemesis where they will face cursed surfaces and use their newfound power to fight against the treacherous demon. [3]
The expansion can be played alongside the Haunted Keep expansion as it is an end-game expansion and occurs after Act 3 of the game.
