He, Melora and Victorio are involved in black market business in Rivertown Market. They made it look like Orcs would have attacked cart and killed drivers, but it was just part of their plan of covering their tracks.
Interactions with player[]
Attacks, assisted with Thugs, but first may ask for password if Letter from Pedro to Victorio is read beforehand and one telling that Victorio send him/her. Upon death, he drops Singing Blade and Letter from Victorio to Pedro.
