Ragon is a bandit leader who dwells in a Bandit hideout in the Orobas Fjords in 1300 AD.
Background[]
Ragon is a flamboyant character in the way he speaks and carries himself. Uncomfortable in the presence of women, he prefers to spend his time around men.[1] That said, he does extend an offer to Carmina, a female bandit to replace Jagon as the leader of the bandits in Broken Valley.
