This weapon is only available if you mindread Razakel for 1200xp during What's in a Name. This weapon is dropped by Barnabus in the Sinister Cavern in Orobas Fjords. Via the two teleporters in the main chamber flip the switches to disable the barrier, then fight him on the main platform.
