Deal physical damage, based on your current Physical Armour, in a wave of metal spikes to everyone in the area (including yourself).
Skill description

Reactive armour is a geomancer skill in Divinity: Original Sin II.

Description[]

Reactive Armour Skill[]

Reactive Armour is a offensive geomancer skill that allows caster to shoot metal spikes on all characters (including themselves) in 3 meter radius around them. These spikes deal physical damage and the damage dealt is based on the current amount of Physical Armour Icon (Original Sin 2) Physical Armour the caster has.

Since Reactive Armour relies on Geomancy magic it cannot be cast if character is affected by Silenced (Original Sin 2) Silenced status effect. Reactive Armour skill is not reflected back when the target is under Deflective Barrier skill (Definitive Edition only).

Reactive Armour Scroll (Original Sin 2) Scroll and Skillbook[]

Reactive Armour skillbook is a magical item that allows its reader to learn Reactive Armour skill, if they have at least 2 points into Geomancer ability, and use it indefinitely. In order to be able to cast the skill, character needs 1 free memory slot. Note that the book will disappear once read. The book weights 0.5 and its base value is 500 gold. A skillbook can be crafted if a Reactive Armour scroll is combined with a Blank Earth Skillbook. Since Reactive Armour is an adept Geomancer skill, traders will start selling the skillbook once Godwoken reach level 9.

Reactive Armour scroll is a magical item that allows any character to cast Reactive Armour skill, regardless of skill prerequisites, but only once. The only limiting element in casting Reactive Armour this way is the amount of Action Point Icon (Original Sin 2) Action Points (AP) character has at their disposal in current turn. The scroll is craftable, weights 0.02 and has base value of 260 gold.

The cost of Action Points between Reactive Armour scroll and Reactive Armour skill themselves varies. The cost for casting Reactive Armour as a skill (in Definitive Edition) is 2 Action Points whereas the AP cost for casting Reactive Armour as a scroll is only 1 AP.

Both the scroll and the skill itself are affected by other skills and talents that may provide additional bonuses.

Geomancer Icon (Original Sin 2) Skill Modifiers[]

Reactive Armour is an offensive Geomancer skill that deals Physical damage in a unique way. The damage output is heavily based on the amount of Physical Armour Icon (Original Sin 2) Physical Armour the caster has, the level of the caster itself does not matter. The damage can be improved a bit by Warfare ability but the improvement seems to be minimal.

Reactive Armour properties can be affected by talents, consumable items (some of which may be affected by Five-Star Diner talent) and other skills.
