Treated like Cattle is a side quest in Divinity: Original Sin 2.

Quick walkthrough[]

  • Loot a Witch's Potion from a room in Alice Alisceon's cellar at the Witch House.
  • Craft a second one.
  • Give them to the "cows".

Detailed walkthrough[]

Two people who have been turned into cows by Alice Alisceon are located on a field to the west of her house in the Driftwood Fields.

Two potions are required to reverse the effects. One can be found by accessing the underground area beneath her house, either by having a high lockpicking skill (of 4) or defeating Alice Alisceon's corpse and attaining the key, to the north of the ruins in Cloisterwood. After making their way to the large rat-infested area, an adjacent room can be accessed by either using a mobility skill or pulling a lever located on the ground. This room has a Witch's Potion on a shelf to the left and a sectioned-off frog named Zppt to the right (from the perspective of a person entering the room.) Zppt drops "Witch's Potion Notes" which list the ingredients required to craft a (second) Witch's Potion.

Augmentor can be found near the north side of where Eithne resides, Boletus can be found near the south side, or alternatively near the "cows" themselves, while a Witch's Eye is lying around on the table in Alice's house, which is also likely her own eye.

If the player successfully persuades the "cows" to offer something in return, Mabel can offer you free recipes and Geraldine can mark the location of his secret stash on your map as a human. However, asking for a reward before giving them the potions will reduce the amount of experience gained.
