Interactions with player[]
He and Melora arrive and attack Lucian in the cave east of Dwarven Bread Inn. Of the two, he is the harder opponent. Upon death, he drops keys to all locked chests at the back of cave, behind a lever-openable door. Killing or escaping them has no effect on the events around Rivertown Market black market mystery.
After The Burning Cart quest is activated, a letter spawns on a table in cave, explaining a bit the connection between Pedro and Victorio.
