Wouter is a Marked One in 1218 AD.
Background[]
One of the three Marked Ones sought out by Zandalor and the first to be found, Wouter was instructed to wait at the Dwarven Bread Inn whilst Zandalor were to retrieve the others. Wouter remained true to his instructions, even after Lucian made the decision to seek out their seeker himself and remained where he was.
Eventually Wouter was finally lured out of the inn by a small child called Bart, who misled him into believing the child's parents were being assaulted and needed help. Upon arriving outside, a dragon rider appeared to remove him from his mortal coil, summoning two assassins, whom Wouter easily slew. However he was no match for the dragon rider who dispatched of him easily with his mount's fiery breath.
